When They Reminisce: Adebisi interviews music producer No I.D. (2008)

While your out here living life you never really know who you will run into. And while your living.....you really don't even know what it is your actually doing or what you are doing it for.
In December of 2008 I had the opportunity to catch a quick interview with one of my all time favorite producers No I.D. It was cool because i was in Chicago at that time hanging out at Sound Scape Studios for Mikkey Halsted's Website launch party.
This was jus before Kanye West's "808's & Heartbreaks" and way, way before Jay-Z's "Blueprint 3" album was to ever see the day of light.
I posted this earlier on the blog, but when i did. I don't think folks were listening.
Think about it. When was the last time you got to chill and speak with the producer of "D.O.A"?

WoW! Chicago knows how to Party! Damn what they say about L.A! In CHI-TOWN it goes down!
I had a blast last night at the Mikkey Halsted "Internet on Lock" party ya'll. After being personally invited down by Mikkey, and his manager Javin Foreman you know I had to make it. The great part was that we had the camera with us. The bad part is that I swear we were filming in adequate light, but everytime I convert my videos over to Youtube they get dark as hell! maybe I should start using vimeo like everyone else is starting to do.
Well the ladies were definitely on point, and might I add they were showin mad love to the fellas from Milwaukee (me and the God X.O that is). Also the whole set was just showing us mad love! They even opened up the mic so I got to drop a hot ass freestyle in the middle of the whole set. Now thats love!

MIl Town Beat Down: MKE's Best producers face off in head on head competition!

Luckily this is a producer battle or else ya'll would have been assed out! Man it's mainly my fault for forgetting to use the back light feature on my damn camcorder. Like I said it's new and I'm getting used to it.
I had to make a stop out last night to the Mil Town Beat down. An annual producer battle that is put on by DJ Madhatter of Radio Milwaukee. To represent for my guys Reason and Adlib. Both whom have contributed to my next project "Hard Money".

Mikkey Halsted talks with BlaxLifeTV about the Midwest Grind!

I recently caught up with my fam Mikkey Halsted at Sound Scape Studios on the South Side of Chicago. He chopped it up wit BlaxLifeTV about the midwest and how artist in the region need to come together so that we all can succeed. the fotage is a little dark and the background music kind of gets in the way of the message, but no matter what the real issue is felt!
